Kate brings a unique combination of this strong business background balanced by extensive study and experience as an Executive Interventionist in the field of chemical dependency.

We created the Alpha Executive Intervention and Re-Entry program to address these issues, developing a program which allows the Executive to complete treatment and then return to work supported and encouraged by their Recovery Coach, and in some cases Personal recovery Assistant, to sustain sobriety and effectiveness in the workplace.

Kate is a Certified Addictions counselor CADCA, Recovery Coach and Certified Interventionist.
